Our Refunds & Cancellation

1. Room tariff is subject to tax as per revealing laws. Taxes are subject to change as per govt. regulations without prior intimations. Current Tax structure: 12% GST for tariff of INR 1001 to 7500.

2. Hotel Check in time is 13:00 hrs and Check out time is 11:00 hrs , early check in and late check-out request can be considered subject to be availibility of room with an additional charges. Early departure would liable to pay room night charges for the entire bookig period

3. All the guaranteed reservations are non refundable.

4. Modified bookings will be subject to availability and revised booking policy of the Hotel.

5. The Cancellation/modification charges are standard and any waiver is on the Hotel's discretion.

6. The inclusion of Extra bed with a booking is facilitated with a mattress as an extra bed.

7. Room will be held on confirm basis subject to guarantee by advance payment via NEFT , Bank Account , Credit card or Cash Payment.

8. Only credit-note facility available for the refund/deposit amount.
